By enclosing the covered common area beneath C-Block’s 1st level, we can create potential T&L (teaching and learning) or support/office space, adding up to 121m2 of usable area. With a third of the space unaffected, primary circulation remains seamless, ensuring a functional and efficient integration with the existing building.

The design creates an eye catching juxtaposition between the existing mid-century brutalist structure and contemporary modern architectural cladding techniques.
